Coalesce Marketing and Design is seeking a deserving Fox Valley non-profit to be the inaugural member of 2GETHER•4GOOD, a 24-hour marketing and design workathon.

From noon on Thursday, May 22, 2014 through noon on Friday, May 23, 2014, Coalesce Marketing’s eight employees will work non-stop to create marketing materials and creative deliverables for a pre-selected non-profit organization. The value of the work provided will be at least $20,000.

APPLETON, Wis. – Coalesce, Inc., a strategic marketing and communications agency in Appleton, was honored at the 2011 AAF – Fox River Ad Club ADDY Awards, held on February 29, 2012 at Lambeau Field, earning category gold and silver recognition for creative excellence.

Coalesce won the first-place gold award in the Sales Promotion-Point of Purchase Category for the design of a custom sampling kit for an upscale, consumer goods client. Coalesce’s creation of an animated, stop-motion style video to promote the release of a new product line for a national vehicle mounting systems manufacturer was recognized with a silver award in the Online Advertising-Internet Commercial Category.

Coalesce Announces Winner and Beneficiating Charity of its Holiday Spirit Drawing


APPLETON, Wis. – Coalesce, Inc., a strategic marketing and communications agency in Appleton, is pleased to announce Jim Bott from FulfillNet, Inc. as the winner of its holiday spirit non-profit organization drawing, a campaign aimed to provide recognition to local non-profits around the holiday season and the importance of giving back to our communities. Coalesce awarded Bott $500 to be donated to the non-profit organization of his choice; Goodwill Industries was selected as the beneficiating charity.

The promotion was communicated through a locally-placed print ad, as well as through a direct mail piece to agency clients featuring a QR (Quick Response) code; upon scanning the code with a smart phone QR code reader, participants were automatically directed to a promotional web page where they were prompted to enter their contact information and the charity of their choosing. The winner was selected based on a random drawing.
