You know what we love? Making a client’s day. Why? Because usually a client’s day is made when they have had the pleasure of making a customer’s day. And, they come back to us thrilled to share the good news about how their product sales are through the roof and their customers love their new packaging, or how their marketing materials landed them ten new leads with folks who are really interested in learning from them.
It is wonderful.
Why am I writing about this today? It really isn’t a new concept. It’s nothing profound. But, at least for me, it’s always good to have a reminder of why and how the work we do is valuable.
The value for us is in the people. The work we do is for the people. And it’s the people whose days are made. It’s this chain reaction that we recognize as so important.
In short, it’s all about the partnerships: partnering with clients so they can partner with customers so everyone can win.
At Coalesce, as we move into the second month of 2013, we’re all continuing to strive to make the days of our clients. We’re so thankful to our current client partners, and we promise to continue to work diligently for you and your customers.
